I am contract-based project manager in a German company Backup Consulting Group GmbH responsible for international projects including Africa, MENA and Europe with respect to military projects. Additionally worked for AT Kearney as an Associated Consultant in GAMI, Riyadh, KSA. Since January 2025 I am working as Advisory Consultant for KPMG Riyadh for SAMI and MIC on ammunition, missiles and weapon projects.
I worked in BMC Company for ALTAY MBT Project Weapon and Protection Systems Integration Group Leader for a year. Mostly consists of systems engineering procedures and managing the design according to related quality documentation and certification processes on Weapon Systems and Armor Systems of main battle tank and armored vehicles.
I graduated from Gaziantep University, Mechanical Engineering Department as a Mechanical Engineer with BSc. degree in 1995. I spend another year in Aeronautical Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University in 2000 as a Master of Science Student.
I worked in Homeland Security Group Directorate of Presidency for Defense Industries of Ministry of Defense in Turkey as a Senior Consultant (Small and Heavy Arms, Weapons Systems, Ballistics Expert) for almost 3 years.
I worked in defense sector as a designer (solid propellant rocket engine, military small arms designer) on interior ballistics, mechanical structure of weapon systems, as a project manager for various projects (national military rifle project MPT76, ballistic vest supplying projects, national handgun project, ballistic test center project, etc.) since 1992.
I served in several war zones as Kabul Afghanistan in 2004 and Kandahar Afghanistan in 2009, Northern Iraq in 2005 and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2015.
Between 2015 and 2016 I was in Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) with NKY Architects and Engineer’s Head Office for KAP-2 (King Abdullah Project 2) as a Shooting Range Specialist.

· Upon request from the MOI, I reviewed in accordance with ballistics of designs for Special Shooting Range Facility consist of 16 pieces 150 m. indoor and 4 pieces 600m. Sniper ranges.

Description of Duties:
· Providing design and Analysis Consultancy for National Machine Gun (7,62x51mm) structural analysis in MKE (Government investment on Military Arms).

· I have prepared a full analysis report for all critical parts in Machine Gun firing mechanism (including barrel and firing mechanism parts) and trained two staffs in the factory about mechanical design and analysis.

Description of Duties:
· After completing the National Infantry Rifle Prototype Development project, many companies were interested as being a subcontractor for arm manufacturing. I worked with couple of companies as a consultant for understanding mass production in arms sector.

· One company Dora Makina had got ability for being subcontractor for weapon projects with proper equipment for manufacturing and measuring systems. And they had couple of contracts from MKE.

In those years, partly I involved some projects in defense sector and worked as designer or analyst for some projects (Air Defense Radar Mechanical Design in ASELSAN). Also I went to some abroad projects as in Afghanistan and Iraq as a field engineer.
